When will I receive tracking information?
After your order has been fulfilled , your tracking number will be sent to you.

If you have not received your tracking number within 2 days of your order marked as shipped please contact us.
How long is shipping?
Once your order has been marked as shipped it will take the approximate time frame given above in the "Estimated delivery time" section
Keep in mind that public holidays and customs in some countries, may cause a delay in delivery, especially around the holiday season.
We recommend that you track your parcel and be patient as international shipping policies/procedure vary from country to country.
If you live in a country that charges VAT and Duty on imported items, you are responsible for clearing your item and paying all fees.
All orders must be signed for upon delivery!
How do I return an item?
To return an item, submit a request through our returns page, enter your order number and the email you used to place your order.
-Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your item.
-Items must be received in original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached.
-All clearance items and/or items bought during certain promotional sales are FINAL and are not redeemable for any type of return.
-We don't provide exchanges for international customers.
-Buyer must handle return shipping fee
How do I receive a refund?
You are eligible to receive a full refund if you have received an item that is damaged or when we have received an item that was returned to us by you the buyer. If an item is returned to us due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempt a fee will be deducted from refund total.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
To receive a refund, you must present visual proof of your claims. (Please note that all items are inspected and photographed before being sent out to ensure quality control)
You are not eligible to receive a refund if your item is delayed via shipping company, customs, your local mail service or if you changed your mind about the item.
Once your claim has been presented we will begin investigation, we will send you an email to confirm the beginning of the process. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Contact your credit card company/bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
